Emily Pengelly

Emily originally started out in psychology (with a focus on children’s development) and a diploma in Child and Youth work. Somehow she managed to spend 15 yrs in the film and television industry. After spending those years creating award winning children's advertising as well as running the advertising division at a top production company, Emily decided to get back to her roots. Becoming a first time mom to Jamieson helped her realize what was missing for kids in the 0-7 age range, and their families. Creating Sprouts is her answer. Partnering with Faye (another first time mom) the two have realized what they think is the perfect complement to enrich, educate and entertain young families.

Faye Rauw

As one of Canada's most in demand choreographers, Faye has excelled in her 20 yrs in the dance business. Performing in feature films such as Chicago and Hairspray, choreographing her own shows, judging premier dance competitions, as well as  teaching and running her limited admission annual youth dance camp has made Faye both a motivating and inspiring force for young dancers across Canada. Nothing is more satisfying for her than seeing expressions of success on her young pupils faces. Balancing roles as mother, choreographer and educator she is thrilled to be focusing all her skills on Sprouts with her partner Emily.
