Our classes are available as a single drop-in option for those who would like to try one out or would like an a la carte schedule.

Single Class $32.95 + HST
All class bookings and waivers must be completed online before arriving at Sprouts. Please call us at 416-840-9718 if you’d like to book over the phone.
Please do not arrive for class if you or your child have any symptoms of Covid-19 or are feeling unwell.
